How to Apply

Instructions & Requirements

There are several specifcations required to complete this application to be considered for the show. If your application is approved, High Hill Ranch will email an invoice for the dates you are approved to sell your items. A response or invoice should be expected in early April. Please do not send payments until you receive an invoice.

  • Your art must be 100% handmade, by the participating artist, to enter the show.
  • A seller's permit and an El Dorado County business license are required.
  • Click on the "Apply for 2024 Craft Show" button.
  • Fill out and sign the application.
  • Make sure you have three pictures of your product & one picture of your booth.
  • Expect a response within April 2024 at the earliest.
  • Invoices will be emailed to artists that are approved in the show.
  • The show begins in August 2024.
  • It is recommended that all artists fill out the application and contract by April 1, 2024. The first payment is due June 25, 2024.
